Sinicline took part in the 1st Congress of Hubei Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC Hubei) in Hongshan Hotel of Wuhan 11/12/2013. As a member of CCOIC Hubei, we presented for the vote of the leaders of CCOIC Hubei, considered and passed the regulations of CCOIC.
