The main function of the plastic seals is to hang the tags, so it is request that the fork and the string must be firmly enough. In order to avoid the tags destroyed when extrusion of packaging during the transportation, the string should be at least able to withstand the weight of 1kg. The plastic seals mainly hang hangtags. They are a link between garments and hangtags (like brand label, washable label, price label, etc). Often seal tags are made up of string, plastic body, logo and hot color.

Since theplastic seals are directly linked to the clothing, so there is a strong requirement for color fastness. Color fastnesses of the seals include string, plastic and hot stamping color. Normally the color of the string and plastic will not easily fade after strict control. Here I would like to introduce a simple test method: soaked in water for 3-5 minutes. But hot stamping color is difficult to control; even the imports of the best color foil can not be guaranteed (not fade). It is recommended to use the anodized aluminum foil or simply choose the black and white color. If you have higher requirements or you want other colors, I suggest choosing epoxy techniques for protection of the colors.
