Last Saturday, I received an e-mail from Spain. It is a Spanish labeling company, currently cooperating with the largest European retailers. They gave us a shot introductions, which they were established 30 years ago and since then we have been growing steadily by making all kinds of labels likemetal labels, woven ribbons, hang tag labels, stickers, ect. The purpose of their e-mail is to search suppliers.

We all know that the suppliers play an important role in the success of our global strategy. They look for suppliers who offer reliable, relevant, high-quality products and services that complement and augment their global services. At their company, they deliver innovative and value-added solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. That is why they look for and value suppliers who can offer unique competencies that augment and/or complement metal labelsand other label products range and global service, can uphold their mission to deliver highest quality and value-added solutions, can have proven experience in delivering on their contracts, including quality, on-time delivery and total cost.

The purpose of this letter is to offer us a serious chance to become their supplier, as they are planning to begin operations with us in China soon. In fact, it is also the good chance for them to search some good suppliers who can provide high quality label products for them. And we also find an excel file with the company information which they would like to know well. We fill it, and show many pictures of machines which are used to make metal labels. In order to coordinate their sourcing program,, we give them the details information of our company, and return this excel file immediately. We also ask them to give us their company’s detail information. And in fact, we sincerely hope to build long-term strategic cooperation partners relationship with them, build long-term cooperation for mutual benefit.
