The sticker labels seem so simple that just made by paper, Self-adhesive. But actually there are more than 3 parts to constitute a sticker label.

One part is the surface material of label. It is the bearer of the content of self-adhesive label, adhesive often coating on the paper’s back. The material of the surface material can be used many kinds of paper. Generally divided in Coated paper, transparent polyvinyl chloride(PVC), electrostatic polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polyester(PET), laser paper, temperature paper, polypropylene(PP), polycarbonate(PC), kraft paper, fluorescent paper, gilded paper, silvered paper, synthetic paper, aluminum foil paper, fragile paper(security), textured paper, cloth standard(Tyvek/ nylon)paper, pearl paper, sandwich coated paper and thermal paper.

Number two part is coating materials. This part often use transparent polyester(PET), translucent polyester(PET), transparent orientation stretched polypropylene(OPP), translucent oriented stretched polypropylene(OPP), transparent polyvinyl chloride(PVC), bright white(PVC), matt white polyvinyl chloride(PVC), synthetic paper, the lustrous gold/silver polyester, matt gold/silver polyester.

The third part is adhesives, and it has many kinds too. General-purpose super-sticky, universal sticky, frozen food type sticky, universal kick type and fiber re-opened type. This adhesive of sticker labels, on the one hand to ensure the end of paper and tissue paper moderate adhesions, on the other hand can be ensure that the tissue paper is stripped away, but also has strong paste stickers.

Last part of paper material is backing paper. Release paper commonly known as backing paper. Surface of the release paper is non-stick. Backing paper has a function can isolated the adhesive, that can be ensure the other three parts of sticker labels able to peel down easily from backing paper as facial tissue’s attachment. This part often made by white, blue, yellow glassine paper or garlic Pizhi(also called onion), kraft paper, polyester(PET), coated paper, polyethylene(PE).

Now, we know that there need 4 parts to make up sticker labels.
