Most children clothing or accessories need to be soft and smooth. We suggest using fabric labels with satin or damask because they are smoother. Satin is a polyester based lustrous thread which is soft and smooth. It has good quality results and can be produced using a single needle or broadloom set-up based on quality needs. Damask is a lustrous based thread has a smooth soft texture, typically considered high end and used for intricate details, such as signatures or small text. They are available as Cut/End Fold, Centerfolded or Straight Cut.

You can request an ultrasonic cut to assure a smooth cut. We can use up to 8 colors, but the increase in color adds to the cost and weight of the label. Because printed satin will fade over time, we highly suggest you using fabric labels over printed ones. Our expertise and human-oriented conception allow us the versatility to serve a distinct range of children fabric labels.

All fabric labels are custom and we would follow your requirement. Many cuts are available, such as straight cut(cut all around for stitching all around), centerfold(folded in half with a fold on one side and loose ends on other-label is sewn from loose ends), cut/end folded(label ends are folded inward for stitching on the inside of folds.
