The fabric used in woven labels from our company sinicline are satin and taffeta. We can weave up to 12 colors in your labels. Send us Pantone colors if you need an exact match on the colors. The type of weaving controls the amount of detail you want to achieve in your labels. For simple design we can weave your label single shuttle and for a more detailed design we recommend damask and for a picture like quality we can do it in high definite weaving .

Woven labels are cut in a number of ways, depending on where you put it on your garment. We can either fold it on both ends (End Fold) or Looped (Center Fold) and there is also Miter Fold (Manhattan Fold) and finished on all sides (No Fold). If you do not require special cut for your labels, we can just produce your labels on a roll. Samples are done in 2-3 days and once you approve it, we can finish your labels in ten days after the payment.
