Rubber labels are printed on release film, with transfer inks. Ink transfers on base rubber in curing process and release film peels off after curing. Transfer inks are manufactured in-house, specially developed for adhesion on base rubber while curing/vulcanization to form chemical bond. In mounding process as it gives better life and look thanrubber labels and remains unaffected in neither mould flow, nor ink gets distorted. Our rubber label is superb.
