| Plastic seal tags material generally use three kinds of material: plastic, rope, hot stamping paper. A Plastic seal tags used PS, ABS and PP most commonly. PS which is be most widely used for its relatively cheap price and stable performance. B Rope, the rope is used widely, polyester rope, nylon rope, wire rope, hemp rope, cotton rope, twine, metal wire, etc. Because of its various advantages, good strength, not easy fuzz, not easy to bend, color fastness and etc, polyester rope is been most widely used. Nylon cord and wire rope is more widely used in early times, but because of its easy to bending deformation or easy pile. It has been less use nowadays. The others kinds of cords, sometimes designers will need to choose according to the style. Such as hemp rope, cotton rope, twine, but these three kind of material has several fatal flaw, because it is itself a natural plant materials, each batch of stock will have the chromatic aberration, more or less will have impurities and fluff. Coloring is uniform and color fastness is bad, in order to make up for the color fastness, usually with a preserved way to protect, but to a certain extent, improve the color fastness and hair down on. So, the requirement for the consistency of higher lifting grain, it is not recommended to the three kinds of materials. C Tipping paper, hot stamping paper can be roughly divided into two kinds, one kind is golden film of tipping paper, one kind is pigment kind of hot stamping paper (also called color berth). Relatively speaking, Golden film of hot stamping paper than pigment tipping paper wear-resisting (color fastness). So when you using gold foil of electrochemical aluminum or color berth class better black, white, the demand is higher and the need to other colors can glue protection.
