Myanmar Loosen Policy: Textiles and Other Goods Can Be Imported and Exported Freely
Myanmar Ministry of Commerce said that since April 1, 2013, in addition to some of the important commodities and limited commodities, the remaining goods, including textiles and woven labels, are given relaxation to the import and export.

There are 318 kinds of commodities will no longer need to apply for a permit, freely import or export. Allowed free export goods is 152 species, including beans, corn and other 43 kinds of agricultural products, 11 kinds of aquatic products, 19 kinds of forest products, live sheep, pigs and other livestock products, industrial products and other 74 kinds of commodities. Free import goods a total of 166 species, including TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, daily necessities, textiles (such as woven labels), electrical appliances, some fruits.
