Injection Molding Technics and Classification of Seal Tags Seal tags are an integral part of garment accessories. They are mainly used for hanging clothing labels, acting as a link between the tag of apparel and clothing (apparel brand identity, washing logo, price tags, etc.). A good set of hang tag and seal can better reflect the taste of the garment accessories design and prominent clothing brand. A seal tag is mainly formed by a rope, a fork, a plastic body, logos and hot stamping color. Seal tags firstly played by the simple cotton rope, hemp rope, nylon rope, braided rope, etc. to form a simple loop. Such a seal is unable to show the brand highlights and the special edition. Later people use aluminum plus a printing paper, but the looks are quite simple, and the cleek easily hurts the clothing. Now most of the seals are made by mold injection, using muti-material of PS, ABS, with nylon rope, polyester rope, cotton rope, etc. Seal tags are mainly used for clothing, and also a part of brand watches, bags, shoes, hats, jewelry, umbrellas, etc, which need a hang tag with them. Generally, these seals can be divided into the following categories: one-time formed seals, two-in-one seals, triple seals, quadruple seals, core pulling seals, aluminum seals, woven ribbon seals, woven ribbon buckle, string buckle, etc. One-time formed, two-in-one, triple and quadruple seals can be divided into: double fork(or double ended) seals, single fork/end seals and no fork seals.
