Release time:2013-07-10 Source:admin Reads: | |
Whether you sell from home or own a store, selling merchandise goes more smoothly if a client can look to a hang tag for product information. There are plenty of websites that allow you to create custom hang tags, but in 2010's troubled economy, saving money in any way you can is essential. Saving money by creating and printing your own tags will help to increase your bottom line. This is a quick and easy way to sell your products, without the hassle of ordering and waiting for someone else to make your tags for you. You can make any artwork at a photo editing software. You just select a blank page, then select the shape tool option in your soft ware and make a grid on page. Type your product information into the first grid. This will include details like price or size. To utilize time, copy the information from the first grid and paste it into remaining grids. Then, print out your labels, let them dry in tray for about five minutes to avoid ink smearing. Cut individual labels from card stock.. Use hole punch to make a small hole at the top of the tag. Be careful not to punch through any printed information. Cut ribbon into two or three inch sections and loop through hole. Tie ends together. Hang the tag over a button or place under a snap for use on clothing. If no button or snap is available try tying to an interior label. For other items, look for a surface that you can tie label to. In the event that there is no where to hang or tie tag, another option you have is taping or pinning the tag to merchandise. |
