How to Make Your Own Sticker Labels |
|
Release time:2013-07-10 Source:admin Reads: | |
Sticker labels are not limited to the preprinted designs and words that are already available. You can print your own sticker labels for food storage, office supplies or other organizing, using your home computer and a printer. In order to make your own sticker labels, you need to know how to choose the correct layout options for your printer and print the words you choose to type onto self-adhesive printable labels. 1, Open Microsoft Word on your computer. 2, Click the "Mailings" tab on the ribbon at the top of the window. If your version of Microsoft Word is later than 2007 and does not have a ribbon, click the word "Mailings" on the toolbar. Choose "Labels" from the drop-down menu on older versions of Word and from the ribbon on newer versions. 3, Look at the packaging on your labels and find the model number. 4, Click on the box that shows an image of a label in Word. A list will pop up. Choose your label model number from the list. 5, Click to choose to create a single label or an entire sheet of the same label. 6, Type your text into the text box. 7, Turn on your printer and load sticker paper. Pull down the "File" menu and select "Print." Choose your printer from the options and select the number of pages of stickers to print. |
