| Seal tags also named plastic tags. It takes as a link between hangtags and garments. It is the must be part for the senior brands garments. No matter Men’s, Women’s, children’s or older people garments. It all has the seal tags. The seal tags are the disposable products. It has the function of anti-counterfeiting. When a product finished, we hang the hangtags on the clothes, it can not be replaced, unless it is cut off. Seal tags generally made by plastic. Some of them also made by metal. Each seal tag all need a mold. Even the same size, the logo different, the mold is different. Normally for plastic injection mold, it need around 400-800rmb to make a mold. The simple seal tags have two parts. Front part and back part. This called two to one. There also have three parts seal tags. Front part, middle part, back part. This called three to one. There even have four to one seal tag. With more parts, the technic is more complicated. So the price will be higher. The surface color for the seal tags could not have too many colors. Normally we all make 1colour. There may some customer need two colors. Two colors are complicated. It need much labor to make it. We need to make one side logo with hot stamping, covered the other side. Then one part finished the hot stamping, we make the hot stamping on another parts. This need much time. Also the quality is hard to control. Normally for a small plastic seal tags cost 0.2-0.3RMB. For the metal seal tags the mold fee is almost the same as plastic seal tag. 400-800RMB for a mold. But the price will be a little expensive. That will be 0.35-0.5RMB per piece. |
