| Pvc labels are used in applications which need flexibility and strength as well as an embossed effect.Their visual features are dominant. Some of pvc labels are produced with screen printing on PVC or plastic material and then embossed using high frequency before being cut to shape. Some of this type of label are produced with using injection moulding.Some of pvc labels are produced together with the strings to attach the label into the garment. They are not only used for readymade garment but also for other products as promotional items.. Depending on the production methods, the PVC can be divided into general purpose PVC resin, a high polymerization degree of PVC resin, Irradiated PVC insulated resin. Universal PVC resin is polymerized by vinyl chloride monomer which in the role of the initiator. The high degree of polymerization PVC resin is a resin polymerized in the polymerization system of vinyl chloride monomer was added chain extender. Irradiated PVC insulated resin is a resin polymerized by cross linker agent of the dienes and polyene polymerized in the polymerization system of vinyl chloride monomer. The PVC labels are made by soft PVC. Soft PVC is one kind of PVC which adding softeners a range of softer materials can be achieved, ranging from a flexible to an almost rubber-like elastic soft material. It is exceptionally resistant to most chemicals. Softeners also help to increase the manufacturability. PVC has brilliant resistance to acids and bases, but is affected by some solvents. Soft PVC is exceptionally resistant to most chemicals. |
